Roles & Responsibilities: • Understand as-is EHS business processes and create to-be business processes. • Conduct in-depth GAP analysis and identify WRICEF objects to address specific business needs. • Recommend changes in business processes between ECC and S/4 environments. • Plan, facilitate, and manage blueprint workshops and meetings with internal and external clients. • Understanding of Standard EHS Fiori Apps and Web Dynpro Apps, there functionalities & Process flows. • Share and communicate ideas verbally and in writing to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language. • Take ownership of all related Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) design aspects in the project. • Configure SAP EHS modules based on business requirements, customize functionalities as needed, and ensure integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals. • Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and processes introduced in the enhanced SAP EHS module. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and issues. • Understand workflows used in EHS for incident management, incident investigation, triage, and task management. • Demystify standard and custom roles used in EHS. • Understand standard EHS tables and fields, identifying custom fields to support BW and/or SAC reports. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulations in the utilities industry. • Understanding of Business Hierarchy in EHS in Utility sector specifically Electricity Generation & Distribution. • Ability to plan, facilitate, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. • Proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: • 7-8 years of experience in SAP EHS module implementation, with a focus on incident management in the utilities sector.
