Summary: As an Oracle Narrative Reporting Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Narrative Reporting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. - Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes, including project governance, change management, and quality assurance. - Lead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. - Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Narrative Reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management methodologies and processes. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project risks and issues. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery. - Experience in project governance, change management, and quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Narrative Reporting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
