Summary: As a Technology Educator for SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, you will be responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver foundational training in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to upskill and cross-skill technology talent. - Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and related technologies to ensure training content is current and effective. - Provide guidance and support to technology talent to ensure successful completion of training programs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in delivering training programs and creating course content. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training and provide support to technology talent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address training gaps and challenges. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is relevant and effective. - Should worked on implementations, support and development projects. - Understanding of business requirements, mapping business processes, and preparing the documents. - Good in configuration of sub modules General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP) Accounts Receivables (FI-AR) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA), controlling or other Finance modules. - Proficient in integration of FI with MM/SD. - Good in configuring Automatic Payment Program. - Good exposure with Bank Interfaces like (EBRS with MT940 Format, Check and wire payments).? - Experience in testing like Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs. - This position is based at our Pune office and the role requires the candidate's flexibility to travel on need basis to deliver training sessions across cities in India.
