Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will be responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Upskill and cross-skill technology talent to keep them market-relevant. - Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and delivery to ensure training programs are current and effective. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. - Strong understanding of technology and delivery concepts. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office and the role requires the candidate's flexibility to travel on need basis to deliver training sessions across cities in India.
