As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management systems. Your typical day will involve communicating with clients, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Communicate with clients to understand their issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
