Summary: As an Application Developer for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules, including payroll processing, time management, and benefits administration. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management. - Strong understanding of payroll processing, time management, and benefits administration. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll applications. - Solid grasp of SAP SuccessFactors integration with other HR systems and third-party applications. - Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
