Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions. Your expertise in Salesforce Development will be crucial in delivering effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop Salesforce applications and customizations. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the code. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience with Salesforce data modeling and database concepts. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control systems. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
