Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Financials Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Financials Cloud. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud-based financial systems. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
