Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and maintain business architecture models. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements. - Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive decision-making. - Create documentation outlining business processes and system requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of business process analysis. - Experience in business process modeling and documentation. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with EWM. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
