Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : SUSE Linux Architecture
Good to have skills : AWS Architecture

Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for OS administration using SUSE Linux Administration and Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Administration skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and manage production and non-production cloud environments using SUSE Linux Administration, Azure, GCP and AWS Administration skills. - Expert in NFS technologies, Understanding of Block device concepts at OS levels, Virtualisation tech - Knowledge on shares (NFS/CIFS/Samba) - Knowledge on Security groups and file/folder permissions - Experience on OS Patching/Upgrades - Knowledge on directory and file management - Assignment of permissions - Knowledge on Hyperscaler and networking concepts - Ability to troubleshoot OS related issues Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: SUSE Linux Administration. - Good To Have Skills: AWS, Azure or GCP Administration - Experience in creating and managing production and non-production cloud environments. - Experience in deploying automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud environments and automation pipeline. - Willingness to work 24x7 as per business requirement Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
