Job Description

Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and enhancing software assets. - Ensure that the software assets meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations. - Manage the product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. - Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. - Knowledge of solution design and support in the sales process. - Experience in software asset design, development, and enhancement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A minimum of 16 years of full-time education in BE/masters in computer science/GeoInformatics is required.
