Ownership of the development and support for all the middle east (KSA, UAE) payroll
Technical Experience :
• Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting the monthly payroll issues, handholding the new customers with the process, optimize the current process suggest the improvement areas , retro and year end reconciliation processes related to the foresaid module.
• Should have hands on experience in payroll fast formulas and OTBI
Professional Attributes :
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
