Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and leveraging your expertise in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to develop innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test applications using SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Ensure the applications meet the business process and application requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong understanding of financial processes and risk management principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SAP FI and SAP CO. - Experience in designing and implementing treasury and risk management solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language. - Experience in working with global teams and managing offshore resources. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
