1: Leading S 4HANA Conversion project as HCM Payroll lead 2: Responsible for driving workshops with client 3: Responsible for creating Functional specifications as per project timelines 4: Responsible for Design - Responsible for Fir Gap Analysis 5: Responsible for testing the solution -Responsible for implementing End to End solution in Production 6: Ensure projects completed with right quality and client satisfaction in Payroll -Develop and coach junior members
Technical Experience :
a: Should have 8-9 yrs of experience in SAP HCM Payroll b: Ability to interact with client and participate in discussions Excellent functional and technical skills c: Should have worked on in S/4 HANA Conversion from Legacy to S/4 HANA experience in preferrable b: SAP HCM certification will be an added advantage
