Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Linux Operations, SAP Roles

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor the performance of production systems and services. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Implement and maintain system monitoring tools. - Document and update operational procedures. - Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Python. - Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet. - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Bachelor's degree is required.
