Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS) to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis, design, and/or implementation of technology best practice business changes using Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation as an expert in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS). - Utilize deep technical expertise and business acumen to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS) to bring emerging ideas to life and shape Accenture and client strategy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS). - Strong understanding of technology best practice business changes. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Solid grasp of deep technical expertise and business acumen. - Experience in working directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technology best practice business changes. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
