As an Application Lead for Warehouse Management Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with the team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Warehouse Management Solutions applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Warehouse Management Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with BlueYonder Warehouse Management. - Experience in leading the design and development of complex software applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
