Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients and stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Solution Architecture - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution architecture practices - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture - Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Hands-on experience with solution design tools and methodologies - Good To Have Skills: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks - Experience in working with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - Full time education is required
