Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Dassault Systemes products such as CATIA, SIMULIA, or DELMIA. - Experience in leading application design, build, and configuration projects. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
