Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : SUSE Linux Administration
Good to have skills : AWS Administration
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BE
Summary: Expertise in Linux + Cloud Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide L4 level support in HANA Enterprise Cloud Technical Operations - Server Management - Linux Professional & Technical Skills: 1. 6+ years of experience in Linux administration 2. 4+ years of experience in any public cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP) (This role is for L4 hence in depth troubleshooting knowledge is required) 3. Must have good understanding in public cloud network topics such as Peering, routing, firewall rules, NSG/NACL, VPC/VNET, LB, etc.. 4. Stong troubleshooting knowledge in Linux Preferably on SUSE 5. Very good understanding on varies services like DNS,LDAP,DHCP,Networking,PXE,SFTP,Samba and etc.. 6. Must know scripting (Bash or Perl) 7. Must be comfortable with Oncall Additional Information: 1. Experience on incident, change and problem management process 2. Excellent Communication skills and Willingness to take on call duty/Weekend tasks
