Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Must have Skills : Network Infrastructures Good to Have Skills : Enterprise Network Operations Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a. Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required b. Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool c. Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer d. Manage the incidents, infra structure changes e. Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority f. Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes g. Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies Technical Experience : Design, implement, and manage Layer 3 network architectures within Azure and OCI environments, ensuring high performance and security. Oversee the integration of Azure and OCI with existing on-premise network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime. Collaborate with IT security teams to establish and maintain network security standards and compliance protocols in the cloud. Provide expertise in cloud-based network troubleshooting, problem resolution, and optimization. Lead projects involving cloud network migrations, expansions, and upgrades. Document network designs, configurations, and operational manuals for cloud networking solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud networking, offering guidance and training to less experienced team members. Secondary Skills (Any One or two Required): RNS Cisco Nexus/Juniper/Arista: Expertise in designing and managing resilient network solutions using Cisco Nexus, Juniper, or Arista network devices. This includes configuring and troubleshooting high-performance networks, implementing VLANs, VPNs, and advanced routing protocols. SDWAN Viptela: Proficiency in deploying and managing SDWAN solutions, particularly with Viptela technology. Responsibilities include designing SDWAN architecture, optimizing WAN performance, and ensuring secure connectivity across branches. Zscaler: In-depth knowledge of Zscaler platform for secure web gateway, cloud firewall, and data protection. Experience in configuring Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure, direct-to-cloud connections and zero trust network access.
