Key Reponsibilities :
Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer4 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality5 Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority6 Consequently identifies opportunities to improve operations.
Technical Experience :
Database Administration: Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and data import/export operations-Configure and manage database clusters and forests for optimal performance and scalability- Monitor database health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues 2Security and Access Control:- Implement and maintain database security measures, including user authentication, role-based access control, and encryption - Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices 3Database Optimization: - Tune database performance by optimizing indexes, queries, and resource allocation4High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
