Key Reponsibilities :
Experience in Managing and maintaining several Tanium Tenants and the deployment of the licensed technologies Should have experience in Monitoring the Discovery, OS and Software Patching, re-run as necessary, process patch requests, and proactively identify problems Work across all functional areas of the company to reproduce and resolve customer issues, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Engage vendors, technical support teams, development teams, and technology teams to provide the best technical solution for each project Collaborate with peers on routine operational metric reporting of key process indicators Review system performance and efficiency
Technical Experience :
Should have total 3- 5 years of relevant work experience Hands-on and management experience specific endpoint security tools: Tanium Professional experience as a Security Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or Network Engineer; familiarity with at least one other discipline, and interest in growing in the remaining disciplines Experience monitoring and patching a broad array of Windows/Mac/Linux endpoints including third party software, configurations and troubleshooting Experience monitoring the operational/performance status of networks communications to/from endpoints as well as troubleshooting Experience with PowerShell, VBScript, Shell Scripting and or Python.
Professional Attributes :
Prior engineering experience in endpoint security solutions to include and not limited to EDREndpoint Detection Response, File Integrity Monitoring, Device Management, Vulnerability Management etc Familiarity with system and environment analysis and design Experience supporting a 24x7
Be a responsive and helpful engagement point for technology teams attempting to resolve their patching and security requirements Experience with ITIL best practices with Incident, Problem, Release,etc
