Must have Skills : Workday Core HCM Good to Have Skills : Workday Financial Integration Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Ability to mass load information via iBs and knowledge on how to cest integration inputs and outputs transactional changes 2 Supporting the Workday Architect to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements 3 Document technology specifications for current and future configuration 4 Act as support to business partners and work to enhance their understanding of Workday 5 Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized Technical Experience : 1 Must have experience in Workday core HCM 2 Good to have understanding Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all projects 3 Good to have relevant memberships and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences 4 Good to have Knowledge on how to create reports and use them in auditing configuration change effectiveness Professional Attributes : Should have good communication and Good analytical skills Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of education Additional Info :
