Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Contribute to the development of course content and materials. - Create questions for certification and assessments. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. - Provide guidance and support to technology professionals in their upskilling and cross-skilling journey. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications using Java EE. - Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Full-time Four-Year degree is required.
