Summary: As an Application Developer at our Gurugram location, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in O9 Solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE/BTech/MCA/Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in computer science and related fields of work are preferred.
