Must have Skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Should analyze the incidents and service requests raised and resolving the tickets. b: Work with functional consultants, understand the solution to be implemented and ensure it is correctly implemented. c: Should prepare and send regular reports daily, weekly and monthly status on application support including status on tickets, root cause analysis, possible escalations, continuous improvements and other related project activities and issues Technical Experience : a Should be well versed with SAP standards and best practices b Should have worked in both Implementation Support projects c Excellent written verbal communication skills d Working Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana e any of the front-end technologies like SAP FIORI or Web Dynpro will be an added advantage Professional Attributes : Excellent written and verbal communication skills Educational Qualification: minimum 15 years of fulltime education Additional Info : Regular shift
