Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in the application. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP systems. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
