Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks. - Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. - Lead delivery of technology projects. - Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. - Manage project resources and budget effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Full time education is required.
