Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development and implementation of security solutions, collaborating with teams to ensure compliance, and managing risk reduction processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. - Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. - Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. - Manage risk reduction processes and implement necessary measures. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Conduct security assessments and audits. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Coordinate with stakeholders to identify security requirements. - Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats. - Prepare and present reports on security performance and risks. - Train and educate employees on security best practices. - Conduct security awareness programs. - Implement and maintain security controls and measures. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security issues and concerns. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing security solutions. - Knowledge of risk assessment and management methodologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. - Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Understanding of network security principles and protocols. - Knowledge of encryption algorithms and techniques. - Experience with security monitoring and detection tools. - Understanding of secure coding practices. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance. - Experience with security awareness and training programs.
