Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development and implementation of security solutions, collaborating with teams to ensure compliance, and managing risk reduction processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. - Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. - Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. - Manage risk reduction processes and implement necessary measures. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Conduct security assessments and audits. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Coordinate with stakeholders to identify security requirements. - Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats. - Prepare and present reports on security performance and risks. - Train and educate employees on security best practices. - Conduct security awareness programs. - Implement and maintain security controls and measures. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security issues and concerns.
