Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive organizational transformation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and implement change management strategies and plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Experience in driving organizational transformation through change management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate and manage teams effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduate degree or equivalent is required. An MBA/PGDM is preferred.
