Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and improve overall efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical designs and develop high-quality code. - Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications. - Ensure the successful deployment of applications and provide post-implementation support. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their Salesforce development skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex programming. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. - Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing settings. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile App. - Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years or above mandatory education is required.
