Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP CO Product Cost Controlling and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP CO Product Cost Controlling solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP PP modules. - Solid understanding of SAP CO Product Cost Controlling processes and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing SAP CO Product Cost Controlling projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP CO Product Cost Controlling solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
