Summary: As a User Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of user-centered experiences, ensuring that the user's needs are at the forefront of all design decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure that the user experience is consistent across all touchpoints. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure that the user's needs are being met. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design, and apply this knowledge to improve the user experience of our products. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
