Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes. - Define parts of an organization to improve its performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Knowledge of organizational design principles. - Experience in gathering requirements and understanding business needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Bachelors from Tier 1 Engineering College is required.
