Must have Skills : Kinaxis Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1- Provide solutions expertise to analyze and identify gaps, lead in solution design, and implement the RapidResponse application to meet business requirements 2- Design and develop technical/functional specifications using understanding of functional areas within RapidResponse application 3- Driving effective design of the Kinaxis Rapid Response build of the technical solution against the global process model and ensuring adherence to global process model and Agile way of Project management Technical Experience : 1- Strong hands-on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Capacity planning and Production scheduling 2- Hands on experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance 3- Knowledge on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle with planning skills and its integration are added advantage 4- Knowledge and experience on integration of Planning function with Manufacturing, Quality Management, Materials Management, P2P Professional Attributes : 1- Exceptional communication skills, analytical and presentation skills, 2- Problem solving skills and learning attitude Educational Qualification: 1- Minimum 15 years of fulltime education Additional Info : 1- Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification or Contributor certification is preferable
