The Team Lead will be managing the internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for delivering high caliber customer service. Needs to have exemplary communication and client handling skills. The role also requires to have a good understanding of what copyright means and should have good knowledge/background on social media platforms. Requires good Analytical skills and generating reports (Decent excel skills) Key Responsibilities Team Focused& Lead the team to achieve results with the highest possible standard of quality and delivery Resource management and scheduling Performance management: career counseling, coaching, performance development, 1:1's, mentoring Leverage Accenture internal knowledge groups to support team, implement best practice opportunities Drive and manage Global initiatives across sites Provide Insight on delivery, trending, outliers, callouts Improve delivery processes within the team& Identify opportunities to add value to client Drive for global standardization Responsible for maintenance and review cycle of process documentation Able to work independently with or without any supervision. The Content Moderation team focuses on reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of our Client's terms of services. They review content that may be sensitive in nature. They ensure every piece of content in violation of the client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills.
