You will be aligned with our Learning and Collaboration vertical and help us in dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities. You will be working as a part of Learning Content Design & Development team which is responsible for the creation, curation and deployment of various training modules across Accenture. The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses. What are we looking for? • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationship • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language • Ability to support client and program leadership with initiatives that drive better and faster business results • Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic • Strong time management skills • Ability to translate client’s GTM into transferrable knowledge • Daily time management and the ability to work independently • Able to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 2+ years of training program management and/or Learning Leadership • Minimum of 5+ years in training experience • Experience applying Program/Project Management methodologies to practice • Experience with Learning & Development client facing consultation • Tracking analytics to report L&D ROI • Understand talent management and workforce enablement • Proven record of establishing and managing L&D infrastructure from end-to-end Roles and Responsibilities • Operate as the head of the program’s Learning & Development team • Meet with clients and stakeholders • Conduct Train the Trainers as needed • Counsel and provide guidance to program managers on employee professional development • Work in alignment with other program CD roles to identify and close skill gaps • Lead the creation of the curriculum, eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications • Establish operational processes that ensures Learning processes QA/QC over content delivered and retained • Report on training data to clients and stakeholders • Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture across the team • Build relationships with the client, managers, and employees • Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods • Escalate issues posing business risk to management • Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed
