What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Business Process Delivery and help us supervise the day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring all processes are followed/executed and deadlines are met. You will be working as a part of Operations Excellence team which drives continuous improvement projects and interact with client or internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. This team is responsible for breaking down the end to end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation road-maps. This team is also responsible for delivering large scale end-to-end process transformation projects for global clients. In this role, you will apply experience and knowledge of general business concepts and industry, cultural and economic trends to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
What are we looking for?
Good in oral and written communication Good in communication (both oral and written) and basic understanding of the accounting
