What would you do?
Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. In the Inside Sales team you will provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule \'first meetings\' for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. Implementation team is responsible assisting our clients in their strategies to grow and acquire new customers. This involves acquiring new customers involves persuading consumers to purchase a company's products and/or services.
What are we looking for?
Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate with the following skillsets : ? Should have minimum 2 years managing a team size of at least 10-15 Sellers. ? Should have supervisory/ management experience or progressive experience including supervisory roles. ? 2+ years proven consultative sales and business development experience with proven track record of target achievement ? Good understanding of Digital Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape AND Experience managing Digital Agencies (Process Specific) ? Should be certified on Digital Ads Certifications and must have in-depth knowledge of Ads Platform and products. SEM/PPC/Ads Campaigns (Process Specific). ? Should have had experience in managing Clients. Preferred- On PPC. ? Should have a clear understanding of OPS KPI’s and KRA’s. ? Experience under BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts. If you have these skills, you are ahead of others: ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. ? Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement and consistent business growth. Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs. ? Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments. ? Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions. ? Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders. ? Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement. ? Experience working with CRM systems. ? Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills
