You will be aligned with our Learning and Collaboration vertical and help us in dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities. You will be working as a part of Learning& Collaboration team which works with the L&TD Business Solutions to perform assigned tasks to accomplish the entity learning strategy. In Learning Strategy you will be required to define and develop organization learning strategies and learning operating models that articulate the workforce capabilities, skills or competencies required, and how these can be developed, to accelerate performance and drive business results. Skills& Competency Architecture - Define a competency framework& the critical skills& behaviors required to achieve effective performance. Map competency& proficiency levels to job roles& design a sequence of roles or positions that represent career progression through the organization.Learning Content Analysis - Analyze applicability of training/learning content developed& the medium/approach chosen to address specific skill/learning needs.Requirement Analysis encompasses the tasks that go into determining the needs or conditions to meet for a new or altered product or project, taking account of the possibly conflicting requirements of the various stakeholders, analyzing, documenting, validating& managing software or system requirements.Collaboration& Relationship Building: Develop& maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders& colleagues to support growth& development objectives. Collaborate with colleagues to develop& deliver a variety of professional development programs, this includes: value proposition, decisions, risks/issues,& scope. Subject matter experts to develop engaging& effective assessment tools& learning solutions.Leverage expertise to influence decision-makers across all levels to drive program development& meet objectives.Development& Delivery:Implement proper development processes to create assessment/learning tools. This includes, but is not limited to KSAs,rubrics, surveys, job analyses,& assessments. Apply assessment& learning principles to ensure measureable& reliable outcomes. Write& review assessment questions at a specified level& format. Conduct job analyses; interpret results to uncover skills, analyze competency metrics,& make data-driven recommendations. Action the insights& recommendations determined from programmatic data analysis. Create& present regular reports& presentations to stakeholders, highlighting pertinent details of a program.Control quality assurance activities that align to best practices, standards,& policies. Program Support: Perform administrative responsibilities related to the development, delivery,& management of programs.Identify& navigate changes that are related to both existing& new programs/initiatives.Apply knowledge of industry best practices, technology,& regulations. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy& GDPR.
