You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met. In this role you will support and grow the business, through the deployment of Bus Ops services and market knowledge and helps in markets objectives and goals. Also helps business to scale and sustain, with the support of various tools, processes, and leadership alignment to drive valuable insights to business. • Support the MU DelOps Leads in operating the delivery management processes, including driving high quality reporting submissions. • Support ad hoc data, reporting & initiative requests from stakeholders that contribute to improved contract & portfolio level outcomes. • Use a range of data & correlations to identify contract & portfolio level risk indicators & continuous improvement opportunities using detailed data insights for the assigned portfolio. • Support CDLs from the assigned portfolio with Delivery Management fundamentals (MMD contract set up, reporting, metrics etc) • Requires strong communications skills, stakeholder management, & ability to actively drive results at a senior leadership level. Supporting the E2E Delivery Management Process in the assigned MU/Service - drive high quality contract reporting, robust data management & data anomaly resolution, MMD adoption through CDL training, support MMD deployment comms, supporting CDLs & PDLs using data & analytics to spot problems early & drive actions to improve client value & delivery/financial performance outcomes. 2. Supporting continuous improvement & transformation programs across Delivery, for the assigned MU/Service, including productivity & profitability initiatives. These campaigns may be Service-specific or cross Service activities. 3. Supporting the Delivery agenda/narrative & developing the insights to achieve business outcomes. Through mastery of the key delivery metrics & business processes, apply operational rigor & x-team collaboration to tell the delivery story while developing the insights to drive business outcomes. (Example indicators may include: Fall Forward Sales, Rev, CCI, Solution Contingency Management, CoPQ, CTS, CDP, BCM, E2E Delivery Management, Core Metrics, DL Certification, RDE %, Client Feedback) 4. Supporting the business processes and/or Strategic Initiatives to drive the actions to achieve business outcomes. (Examples may include: Automation & Productivity, Contract Operating Plan, Delivery Led Sales (Upsell / Defend / Fall Forward Campaigns), E2E Delivery Management continuous improvement, MMD evolution, Client Data Protection (CDP), Business Continuity Management (BCM), DL Certification, Delivery Recognition & Delivery Success campaigns, Client Success adoption, Methods 2.0 adoption) 5. Collaborating with colleagues across Services to drive consistency of delivery management approach & improved synergies & efficiencies.
