What would you do? • Lead U.S. Ethernet service delivery across bids, RFPs, targeting, awards, qualification, pricing and implementation. Evaluate carrier quotes, commercial terms, costs, delivery intervals and service commitments to enable informed supplier selection and client decisions while ensuring effective delivery across the circuit lifecycle. • Drive cross-functional collaboration, governance and escalations while maintaining accurate programme, milestone, inventory and billing data. Develop dashboards, forecasts, ageing analysis and executive insights, and champion process standardisation, automation, stronger data quality and continuous improvement across the Ethernet programme. • Strong analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills with knowledge of Ethernet service delivery program and project management risk and escalation management stakeholder and carrier management executive communication high volume prioritisation data quality attention to detail Excel PowerPoint Outlook and reporting tools
What are we looking for? • Telecommunications and Ethernet program management US carrier ordering provisioning escalation and billing Ethernet services and access technologies service qualification quoting ordering testing activation inventory and billing carrier quotes contracts rates and service commitments operational data analysis and process cost and delivery improvement • US telecommunications carrier and access provider experience including ATT Verizon Lumen Comcast Business Frontier Windstream and regional providers telecom presales network engineering service delivery sourcing inventory and billing carrier portals order management workflow tools business intelligence dashboards project management and continuous improvement
