What would you do? • You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. • The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. • We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. • The Tech For Operations TFO team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model driving exceptional results Works closely with the sales offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions Major sub deals include AHO Application Hosting Operations ISMT Infrastructure Management Intelligent Automation • Operations of a set of tools or equipment, or software that provides unified management capabilities across the web technologies and networking family of telecom or data communication devices, including transmission and IP network elements viz. • switches, routers, and WLAN equipment. • It offers a single view of the network, allowing businesses to streamline and integrate workflows.

The role will own operational performance while driving modernization, automation, cloud adoption, datacenter transformation, service governance, and continuous improvement. • Technical competencies • • Azure,AWS,GCP infrastructure concepts • • Compute, storage, network, DNS, certificates and load balancing • • Backup, recovery and DR • • Kubernetes,container platforms
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility. • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility. • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters. • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. • Individual manages large teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts• Core responsibilities• Own end-to-end delivery and operational health of hosting services across Azure, AWS, GCP, datacenter, compute, storage, backup, network dependencies, container platforms such as AKS,EKS,GKE and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.• Provide leadership for availability, capacity, performance, incident, problem, change, vulnerability, backup, and disaster-recovery management.• Lead P1 and P2 -major incident governance, including troubleshooting, resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, recurring-issue elimination, and executive communications.• Establish measurable service performance through SLAs, availability, incident trends, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup success, and DR readiness.• Drive infrastructure modernization, including cloud migration, datacenter exit, consolidation, platform standardization, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and reduction of technical debt.• Govern production and non-production hosting environments
