What would you do? • Process Matter Experts are deep subject matter experts and work closely with the client and GPO. They are the critical link between the client and the Accenture service delivery teams. • Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market • Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide end to end process expertise & input into future state process design. • Assist the GPOs in compiling leading practices & process design considerations, incorporating build to operate efficiency principles. • Provide input into Workday technology enablement, identify automation opportunities, & address process administration gaps. • Work with GPOs to document process narratives required for SOP creation. • Compile localization practices to support localization preparation. • Participate in localization sessions & provide process inputs. • Document localization requirements needed for SOP creation. • Provide inputs & compile end to end process scenarios. • Participate in end to end process testing to become familiar with various system & process scenarios for SOP creation. • SOP Build • Develop SOPs for each process area. • Work with GPOs & client counterparts to review & validate the completeness of DTP content. • Training & Service Rehearsals • Participate in training & service rehearsal activities for assigned process areas. • Train BPO process SMEs. • Support transition management teams in planning, coordinating, & monitoring the successful execution of training & SRT. • Monitor training & service rehearsal results & progress, & help the transition team resolve issues & gaps. • Provide inputs into the creation of a Global Quality Framework with quantified measurement criteria aligned with client & contractual requirements.
