What would you do? • You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. • The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. • We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. • The Tech For Operations TFO team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model driving exceptional results Works closely with the sales offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions Major sub deals include AHO Application Hosting Operations ISMT Infrastructure Management Intelligent Automation • Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. • It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB. • NET, Python etc. • to help in Automations. • Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.
What are we looking for? • About the Role • We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to lead enterprise automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The role combines solution architecture, hands on technical expertise, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team development. • The ideal candidate will lead scalable solutions across UiPathRPA, Google Cloud and Google Workspace technologies, Agentic AI GenAI, SQL PLX, APIs analytics, and enterprise integrations, while managing multiple workstreams and delivering measurable business outcomes. • Google Agent Developer Kit (ADK) - P4 • Google Cloud Gemini - P3 • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - P3 • Agentic AI Security Development Lifecycle (ADLC) - P3
Roles and Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • Transformation Leadership • Lead automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes. • Identify opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and adoption. • Project Delivery Leadership • Own planning, scope, resources, milestones, risks, governance, quality, documentation, change management, and reporting across multiple workstreams. • Drive delivery from ideation and solutioning through deployment and business adoption. • Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership • Define scalable architectures and technical designs aligned with engineering, security, governance, and development standards. • Act as the escalation point for complex automation, application, data, and integration challenges. • AI & Innovation • Design solutions using RPA, GCP, Google technologies, GenAI Agentic AI, AI ML, APIs, enterprise data, dashboards, and custom applications. • Drive Proof of Concepts, pilots, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and rapid experimentation. • Client & Stakeholder Engagement • Lead requirements workshops, solution reviews, demonstrations, and technical discussions with business and client stakeholders. • Translate requirements into scalable solutions, clear recommendations, and business value propositions. • Team Development & Capability Building • Lead and mentor Business Analysts, developers, and technical teams while promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning. • Strengthen capabilities across automation, AI, analytics, and Google technologies.
