What would you do? • Applied Technology and Operations for Markets (ATOM) is a multi-client, cloud-hosted BPaaS trade processing platform. Services span: market monitoring and corporate action event setup; client notification, election capture and deadline submission; entitlement calculation, custodian reconciliation and proceeds allocation; and risk or exception management including break resolution and escalation of discrepancies. • Process expert in project control functions covering resource tracking work plans expenses and metrics. Supports PMO lead in work plan management change control issues and risk management. Leads teams in specific PMO functions and as a subject matter expert contributes to PCS initiatives to improve operations and capability • Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
What are we looking for? • 5-7 years of experience • Need good analytical skills • Excellent oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills to support a client facing role. • Good in understanding of numbers • PMO Skill like Resource management financial management and other PMO skill with MS Office suite • Skilled in MS Office tools like MS Word MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. • Skilled in use of MS Excel (filters formulas pivot tables charting) or equivalent. • Preferably with good command of PMO and reporting tools like MS Power BI MS Power Automate MS Access MS Sharepoint MS Visio MS Excel macros and VBA. • Can work effectively in a team and has good interpersonal coordination and organizational skills for both offshore and onshore teams • Good learning skills • Has typically supported CPMORMCDP functions for several client projects taking the lead in planning and managing the support team. • Has a keen eye for detail and can instill a keen eye for detail and focus on repetitive tasks with his team members • Ability to multitask amidst simultaneous diverse service requests from multiple projects. • Ability to handle simplecomplex situations etc. • Is service-oriented client-focused and confident.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Service scope is depended on client requirement • Maintaining Excel SP Client tool-based trackers • SharePoint based updates and reporting • Publishing weekly,fortnight and monthly reports • Leads PCS resources in delivering shared services involving resource management expense tracking and myTE reconciliation client data protection andor financial tracking. • Supports PCS Team manager in scoping and estimating effort for potential new work and change requests for PMO services (involving administrative and project control services) • Documents these in the Project Support Agreement • Maintains team level work load and capacity plans • •Monitors and controls transition activities for new roles to be supported by the team • Prepares team level status reports and communicates escalations to client Project ManagersLeads and PCS Team Manager. • Tracks team level performance utilization and chargeability • Provides support and assistance in completing PCS capability development operations and management initiatives • Ensures team compliance to quality control and assurance processes and standards • Supports continuous improvement of PCS delivery processes • Supports PCS management and operations initiatives.
