What would you do? • The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. You will design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AI-powered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field. • 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design, Animations with, project ownership • Understanding of L&D industry is a plus. • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Advanced Adobe Suite, Cinema4D, Blender, Figma. • Knowledge of UX, UI, accessibility, and responsive design. • Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy. • Learner mindset to foster continuous growth in the team.• Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy. • Learner mindset to foster continuous growth in the team.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Graphic Designer Role • • Independently Develop high-quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs. • • Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations. • • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). • • Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets. • • Apply AI-based design skills for faster asset generation. • • Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement. • • Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows. • Motion Graphics Designer Role • • Create high-end 2D, 3D animations and interactive videos. • • Integrate AI-driven voiceover and avatar tools. • • Work with AR, VR content for immersive training. • • Oversee post-production quality (colour grading, sound).
