What would you do? • The Level 10 Salesforce Instructor should be passionate and experienced Salesforce Instructor to join our Global Learning & Talent team. This individual will deliver high-quality virtual instructor-led training (VILT) to internal employees across multiple geographies, enabling them to build expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. • Conduct knowledge assessments, mock certification exams, and technical evaluation • Guide practitioners in preparing for Salesforce certifications through mentoring, office hours, and technical coaching • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and curriculum designers to develop and enhance learning content • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices • Training Delivery • Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions to global audiences across multiple time zones. • Facilitate technical bootcamps, workshops, and certification preparation programs. • Deliver Salesforce Administrator and Developer courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels. • Conduct hands-on labs, live demonstrations, coding exercises, and troubleshooting sessions.
What are we looking for? • 3+ years of hands on experience working on the Salesforce Platform in Administrator or Developer roles. • 2+ years of experience delivering instructor led training (ILT, VILT), technical workshops, or enablement programs. • Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Development. • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner audiences. • Experience delivering virtual training using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex. • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts through demonstrations, hands on exercises,

You will deliver Salesforce Administrator and Developer training programs, facilitate hands-on labs, support certification readiness, and contribute to building a highly skilled global Salesforce workforce. • Learning Enablement • Mentor and coach learners throughout their learning journey. • Guide practitioners in preparing for Salesforce certifications through mentoring, office hours, and technical coaching. • Provide technical assistance during hands-on labs and practical exercises. • Conduct knowledge assessments, mock certification exams, and technical evaluations. • Offer constructive feedback to improve learner outcomes and technical proficiency. • Content & Curriculum Development • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and curriculum designers to develop and enhance learning content. • Review and update course materials to align with Salesforce seasonal releases and product enhancements. • Develop hands-on lab exercises, demonstrations, reference guides, and knowledge assets. • Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and promote learning best practices. • Continuous Learning • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices. • Maintain Salesforce certifications and continuously enhance technical expertise. • in internal technical communities and knowledge-sharing forums. • Continuously improve instructional techniques and learning methodologies.
