What are we looking for? • • Collaborate with supply-chain managers, planners, SAP consultants, solution architects, and business process owners to identify training requirements. • • Stay current with SAP IBP innovations, planning algorithms, AI-enabled planning capabilities, integration technologies, and SAP supply-chain solutions. • • Use real-world supply-chain challenges to make training practical, measurable, and application oriented. • • Support SAP IBP onboarding, certification preparation, implementation readiness, and upskilling programs. • • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, ass
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Develop SAP IBP courseware, configuration-oriented documentation, process guides, labs, assessments, simulations, and practical exercises. • • Mentor learners through end-to-end planning scenarios involving demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and business constraints. • • Create hands-on exercises for forecasting, demand review, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes. • • Explain how planning data, master data, key figures, planning levels, and planning operators interact within SAP IBP. • • Evaluate participant capabilities through scenario-based assessments, planning exercises, case studies, and troubleshooting activities. • • Provide constructive feedback and create improvement plans based on learner performance.
